Jo's Zumba class is best described as a high-intenstiy, cardio dance fitness party; light weights are utilized during a couple of the routines to ensure a full body workout. Jo's #1 priority is that you have FUN and work out at a level that suits you....she truly believes that as long as you're moving and smiling, you're doing it right. The music selection incorporates current hits...which will have you rocking out every time you turn on the radio! Jo has been teaching Zumba for 12 years - previously at Equinox, Flair Fitness, Chelsea Piers and Crunch.
